We have a beautiful mid height residential apartment, facing the sea and the sandy bay in the island of Penang, offering all mod cons, open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen. Master bedroom en suite with patio doors to balcony. Second double bedroom and bathroom. Swimming pool, gym, sauna, Badminton & Squash Courts. Table tennis, BBQ pitch. Wireless broadband, lifts, 24/7 security, electric entry barriers, visitors car parking. At the end of the road the local bus and taxis will be found, also a local non tourist beach with food and drink shacks.Please note that as the building is built on an elevation, therefore is an aprox 200 mtrs hill walk to the main gates from the bus stop.

We are 4 mins by transport to the busy tourist beach resort of Batu Ferringghi, which has fantastic food and night markets. "Georgetown" is 20 mins away with varied mixed cultures. Historic building and sites mixed with modern. China town and Little India are buzzing from dawn to dusk. You will also get all public transport connections from the center taking you around Penang, Malaysia, KL, Thailand(2hrs), Singapore. The airport is 30 mins away. We are Bruce and Taz Macpherson, mature married couple, easy going, totally independent of family ties. We took early retirement, until then Bruce was self employed as a manufactures UK and overseas sales agent. Taz was a sales manager for a forklift company. We now use our apartment approximately 8 Months of the year and travel the reminder. We visit and stay in our family home in Middlesex -Feltham (London). We purchased this apartment as a second home, to use as a base to travel throughout Asia and other parts of the world. We have had 6 house swaps and have experience in house exchange's. We take pride in our apartment and would look after yours as you would ours, we are flexible on dates, long or short term.
