Our property is a lovely restored house with independent entrance and a single first floor.
In the low ground there is also a room with the washing machine and a fridge and a storing place.
In the first floor a sitting room with a fireplace and a convertible queen bed settee, the kitchen is well equipped, a big double bedroom and a luminous bathroom with shower.
Everything is ready for the guests so you'll find linen towels and blankets
Area Details:
The house is in downtown of Chioggia 30 metres from the boat leaving every hour for Venice also during the night.
The area is provided with restaurants, bars, supermarket, and smart original shops. You don't need car for going around Chioggia.
The beach of Chioggia is called Sottomarina, you can go there walking or by bus is 1 km far from the downtown.
Another beach is Pellestrina Island, you can take the same boat for going to Venice and you are there in 10 minutes.
An ideal place for visiting the Garda lake, Vicenza with the Palladian Villas.
