Elegant apartment situated on the ground floor of a Venetian "palazzo" in the heart of the San Polo district, just a few steps from the Rialto fish and fruit market. From the large corridor, with old typical columns and beamed ceilings, you can enter all the rooms: the modern kitchen equipped with dish washer, gas hobs, electrical oven, toaster and blender; a bathroom with bathtub with shower and the two bedrooms. The first bedroom, which overviews one of the secret gardens of Venice, has a two single beds (that can be made into one double bed), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The other bedroom has a window that overlooks a courtyard. This bedroom has two single beds that can be made into one double bed, and also the satellite TV is placed in this bedroom. We have also a studio apartment(1 bed 2 people) closed that can be kept open conjoining with the previous. This is a second home we can also rent it.

Very quiet and safe area in the heart of the city, only 5 minutes away from Rialto Bridge & public boat stop. Something about ourselves

We are a couple, Lorenza and Filippo, leaving in Venice. Lorenza is a Japanese speaking tour guide, working in the city. Filippo own a sport shop and manage it. Our baby is Sveva Clara and she is 7 years old. She doesn't work yet but she make us work a lot. We speak english, spanish, japanese and a little french.
