This is our country house, situated about 4km/2.5 miles from hilltop San Gemini in a landscape of olive groves and gentle hills.

There are many excursion to do from here: the 2000-year old ruins at Carsulae (a spectacular example of Roman town planning), San Gemini, Todi, Amelia, Spoleto and Orvieto, Perugia with its restaurants and jazz festival, and Assisi. But if you like sports you will find great walking around San Gemini and in the more dramatic landscape just to the south, where canyoning, rafting and hang-gliding are offered, tennis in San Gemini at about 4 kms. 18-hole golf at the Perugia Golf Club. We are Stefano ( lawyer) and Flaminia (PR) and we live in Rome (just one hour driving from here). Our children (Margherita, 12, Filippo, 9 and Alessandra 3) really love swapping our house.
