Our home is comfortable, clean and spacious. It has a large kitchen where all the family can eat. We have 3 bed rooms; one with a double bed (queen size) one with 2 single bed, one study with the P.C and desk to write or to study. Then there is one living room with a sofa where 2 people can sleep. It is a big apartment with a fire place in the living room. We have also one little garden back to the kitchen where there is a big Table to eat in the Summer. In the garden there are many beautiful flowers (please give them water) and an apricot tree. In front the apartment there is a big parking.

Our neighborhood
Our town is ideally located as a touring base on Tuscany. Our town offers easy access (Highway, railway) (the station is a few minutes from pur home)to the cities of PISA (the hang tower) Lucca (the medieval wall) Florence(Chianti wineries) and SIENA. Very near(of our home) there is the Beach where you can go and swimming. Back our home there is a wonderful view of the Apuane Alpes (marble)and on the hill we have a beautiful Medieval Castle (Malaspina)that you can visit. Near to the north west, half an hour there is a pretty town: "Luni" LUNAE where there is a Roman anphiteater and archeology sites. Then the others places of the Liguria region and the wonderful coast like the "California " coast. Something about ourselves
We are pier Giņ and mama Lina a married couple with two married children. We are in retired, we are two shopkeeper, we enjoy travelling when able to get away we have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sound a great way to see another country. Pier Giņ likes much to fish and I like to walk on the beach and then cooking the fish (catch by Pier Giņ). We already visited the California' coast and we liked much, then we have some friends that living there. We love the "Nature" the Green and the animals..last year I saw near San Louis Obispo along the beach the sea lions and many seals was very beautiful...and many birds..we would like to come when there is the pass of the whales in September or in August..  = marks the location of this home
