Description of our house
The villa, in the middle of famous and picturesque Chianti hill Area, is between Florence and Siena. The village is provided of all you need for an enjoyable stay without moving from the village. There is a garden, a patio and a barbecue. The private and equipped garden is behind the house. The home, in a sunny position, has been recently restructured and renovated. There are 2 indipendent apartment in the villa. First floor 100 m2 comfortable with nice furnishings: living room with TV, radio. 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (+1 Little bed for children (0-3 years) , 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen. Game for children. Ground floor 80 m2 comfortable: living room with TV, radio. 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (+1 Little bed for children (0-3 years) , Kitchen. Game for children. They are both very nice and confortable. It is in the new part of the village on the main road and near the country. The old, romantic, beautiful and with spectacular view village, is 250 m from my home. Private free Parking for one or 2 car in the garden and public parking at 150 m for others cars. Supermarkets 130 m, 3 restaurants and pizzeria, 3 pubs, bank in site, tennis, an office of tourist information, a free internet point in the village, horse riding 2 km (also courses), rent bike on site, railway station 8 km . very nice public Swimming pool to 8 km, golf course 16 km Ideally for an unforgettable holiday.

Our neighborhoodThe village, one of the most beautiful village in Italy, is a perfectly preserved Medieval hiltop town. It is a perfect location for exploring Tuscany and north Umbria. It is possible to get there by public transport from any Italian airport including Florence Pisa Bologna Milano Rome. The village is provided of all you need for an enjoyable stay without moving from the village. A lot of concerts in the church and many others event like exhibitions, music and possibilities to appreciate local foods. In the village you can eat the best meat and drink one of the best wine of Tuscany! It is half way between Florence and Siena on a panoramic hill near the freeway to Florence and Siena. The village is served by an hourly bus service at few steps from the house for Florence, Siena and San Gimignano that makes of the accommodation an excellent localization to visit Florence, Siena (both reachable in 30 minutes by car or 1 hour by bus) San Gimignano, and enjoying the Chianti, very well known for its wine and good food, all year round. The village is in a breathtaking panoramic position, on the top of a hill of 373 meter above the sea level, dominating the west part of the Chianti Classico wine region. Something about ourselvesWe are a family with me, my husband (both professional) and 2 children. Our 2 children are wonderful teenagers (tidy ,well-behaved and educated) who like to travel with us. We like reading, listening to music, going to concerts and to the movies. We also enjoy good food and good wine, outdoor life and sports. We are experienced travellers.We like being outdoor, decorating the house and inviting friends over. We remain in regular contact with many of the guest families. We are here to help you see, discover and enjoy Tuscany. Hope to see you soon.We have the best of both worlds here, lovely countryside and the big city attractions of Florence and Siena within easy reach. Our central position opens up possibilities of travelling to many parts of Tuscany and Italy too. We would, of course, treat your home with the utmost respect. The villa is the not the home where we live, usually we spend there our vacation and usually we rent it on a weekly or monthly base, therefore it is very clean. So it's not necessary to have simultaneous exchange. Domestic/babysitting services available (extra).
