Description of our house
We bought the House in 2005 and completely renewed it ;one double bed with ensuite bathroom and shower,one single bed room,master big bathroom with jacuzzi.3 Lcd TV,SAT,DVD Home Theater,lots of CDs-LPs,Stereo hifi, all wooden floor,new furnitures. Just a walk from city center, near buses stop,bank,train station restaurant and pubs,supermarket, all what you need is in the surrounding. Monuments and museum by 10 min ; old city 5 min by feet Central heating in the Winter, Air condizioned for Summer You can go everywhere by bus or have just a walk in the city to explore the surroundings ; safe in the night if you like night life , you can find a lot of pubs to dirnk a beer or eat something ...

Our neighborhoodCagliari is the capital of Sardinia, and the largest city on the island. This buzzing city has a lot to offer: historical sites as well as a very modern atmosphere. The city was built on seven hills, and can trace its origins back to Phoenician-Punic times, and also has many Roman ruins. There are also many traces to be found of the Spanish and Pisan invasions of the island during the first centuries of the last millennium. Cagliari's port was the main entry point to the island for many centuries, bringing in many peoples and cultures. The area around the port, known as Marina, is a fantastic meeting place, because there are many restaurants, cafes, bars, and eateries here. Not too far away is Poetto beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Sardinia, where you can watch the Cagliaritani enjoy their holidays, together with the many tourists that come to the coast here. Something about ourselvesWe are a young couple ;Me 49y consultant in the ITC and my wife 39y is accountant; we love traveling in Europe, and live as locals .We exchanged several times, we enjoyed very much ... and want to go on swapping ..maybe with you..? As we have another house not far and no fixed holidays we usually prefer a non simultaneous swap P.s. the home is suitable for a couple (double bed) and another people/children in the second room
