OUR OFFER:
Charming Italian country house with lots of traditional features such as stone and wooden floors and beamed ceilings.
Quiet setting up in the beautiful hills surrounding Turin. Recently renovated up to modern standards complete with patio, covered roof terrace and lovely relaxing garden. Lots of privacy.
Lay out of the house:
Ground floor:
Large, well-equipped dining kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven and large kitchen top in marble.
Adjacent storage room and utility room with washing machine.
Bathroom with walk in and toilet.
Two living rooms, one with flat screen TV.
Separate toilet.
First floor:
Two large double bedrooms, large bathroom again with walk-in rainshower. Lots of storage space. Balcony overviewing the Turin hills. Covered roof terrace with heating mushroom terrace warmer for colder evenings.
Outside space:
Shady patio with extra sun blinds, table for eight. Covered parking space for one car (extra parking space at m. 50). Nice fenced garden about m.16xm.20, 2 deck chairs, hammock.
Remarks:
No internet connection
No fixed telephone line
Own/rental car required (public transport possibilities are limited)
Not suited for those who are allergic to cats
Not suited for disabled people

Small village with just 200 residents, little convenient store at m. 150, postal office, doctor once a week.
Supermarket in one of the surrounding villages. Lots of activities to do in the area: swimming pool, horse riding, bike tours, hiking tours, shopping.
It's just a 30-minute drive to the Turin city center or to the city of Asti. The village:

We are a couple of 60-year-old professionals: Claudia is an architect and Walter is a financial consultant. We don't have any children but love to spend time with our nieces and nephews, we adore cats and travelling. We like to discover new places and meeting new people. Our work allows us to have flexible dates for our trips. The house you see is our secondary house in the Turin countryside, so we can offer it for exchanges on flexible dates as well.
