If you love to eat, explore and bike ride, walk or drive through the gorgeous Italian countryside, you will not be disappointed. It is located in the heart of the high Italian Apennine farm and pasture lands, with beautiful Mt. Catria looming overhead. We are centrally located, so, you can head out in any direction and find great places to visit. Plus the Adriatic is a short 1 hour bike ride away. Rome is only a 2 hour ride away, and places like Florence, San Marino, Assisi, Urbino, Gubbio, and San Remo are a short drive away.

We are Russ and Rose, a married couple with two teenagers, a son (20 yrs) and daughter (16 yrs). My husband is a Property Manager, and I am a stay- at- home mom. We love discovering and learning about different countries. We love traveling! We will be very respectful regarding staying at your home. We just tried our first home exchange in Hawaii, it was wonderful! We enjoy as a family outdoor activities, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, skiing, para-sailing everything to do with the outdoors.
