Nestled in the green hills overlooking the beautiful Comolake this large and comfortable country house offers everything you may expect from an ideal holiday: relax, culture, nature, fine dining and wine, sports...The house is surrounded by a 3 acres private garden with Jacuzzi hottub and teak furniture. We completely renovated the house but we maintained as much as possible the antique charme and details. We have a fountain, 3 fireplaces, wooden floors, a professional kitchen, private chapel, a panoramic studio with ADSL flat connection. We restored recently an independent small (sleeps 2 +2) lovely guest house on our property. The guesthouse is also available for rent . Housekeeper and car can be included in our offer if reciprocity.

Argegno is a small village of 680 inhabitants. The house is outside the village at walking distance from a grocery store and bar. Larger shopping center available at 10km. Argegno is at 10km from Lugano and the Swiss border. From Argegno you can visit Venezia (3 hours), Bergamo, Mantova Bologna and more interesting cultural spots in North Italy. We are a mid-aged couple, non-smokers, experienced travellers and exchangers. Marcello is a marketing professional and teaches marketing at the Politecnico University in Milan, he is a foodhunter and an excellent cook. I am a Belgian native, I adore gardening and arts.
