The house is a portion of a bivilla, 154 sq.m., 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one with Jacuzzi). A big garage for two cars and a big living room with a fireplace in stone and wood, two sofà and dining area.
The kitchen is very well equipped: microwave, dishware, ice cream machine. Can accomodate up to 6 people.
We have got a little garden in front of and behind the house and a patio.
ADSL full-time wireless free Internet connetion and satellite TV. You could connect from alla over the house with the Wirelss Lan. Computer for connection free. It is in a small village (5000 people living) 15 Km far from Milano, 17 km from Pavia and near the Ticino river park.
You can reach hills by car (40 minutes) or the ligurian seaside (1, 5 hour by train), 2 hours by car.
Milano and Pavia are very interesting city to visit and also the surrounding. There are ancient Cistercensi abbeys, the charterhouse of Pavia and a lot of historical monuments in Pavia who was the capital one of the kingdom of the longobard ones.
You can also reach lakes (Maggiore, Garda, Iseo, D'Orta) in a one day trip. There are also old interesting church.
By train (starting from Pavia) you could reach the ligurian sea (about one and half hour). Beautiful cities like Milano, Pavia, Lodi, Vigevano could be reached in an half hour by car.

Two little sons, Francesco and Michele, 8 and 6 years old, are very happy to travel and discover new places.
