Our neighborhoodABOUT NERVI, GENOVA AND LIGURIA NERVI, the extreme east part of Genova, opens the door to the Golfo Paradiso (Paradise Gulf) , stretching from Nervi to Portofino. Nervi is a famous all year around holiday resort since long ago, when the european nobility used to come here enjoying his natural beauties and his mild climate. The splendid green surroundings of Nervi, parks and gardens, lead down to the sea and emphasise the beauty of the Golfo Paradiso: Elegant shops blend together with fine entertainment, in the park of the Grimaldi villa, now a public park. Museums of modern art and antiques, the Saracean Tower on the seapromenade, the old churches full of history, the spelendid villas, the picturesque fisher harbour and old village, make Nervi an enviable spot of cultural and naturalistic interest. The 4km long sea promenade gently winds around the breath-taking rocky coast, where you can enjoy the quietness of the calm sea or the strength of the wild sea, when the waves crash into the rocks. Something about ourselvesWe are a family of three: me a biologist, and two sons, Francesco and Jacopo both university students. A friend may travel with us. We have a little-medium dog and we would prefer to bring him with us if we travel in continental Europe. We are looking for anywhere where we can watch and play with DOLPHINS and have a strong contact with the nature.
