Description of our house

My house is located in a brand new residential complex, quiet and peaceful, surrounded by a green area at the foot of a beautiful medieval town called Ferentino, known as one of pearl of Ciociaria. There is a large portico (50sqm) furnished with sofas, tables and chairs, surrounded by manicured garden of about 100 square meters with barbecue in the backyard. The interior is furnished with modern style and equipped with every comfort: home cinema (screen 120 ") with hundreds of movies to watch, entertainment gaming (PS3, XBOX360), stereo, satellite TV, air conditioning, phone, internet and wi-fi. The kitchen area is comfortable and equipped with every household appliances. The house has a bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed, however, either study room and lounge have comfortable sofas beds with real mattresses, so the house can accommodate 6 people.

The house is situated in an ideal location, only a short drive or bus will take you to the beautiful thermal cities (Fiuggi) and art cities (like Ferentino, Anagni, Alatri, Fumone, Arpino, Veroli), with important historical monuments. The surrounding area consists of plains and hills, lakes and rivers, with the frame of the Apennines. I live 5/10 minutes away from the larger stores in the province and 20 minutes away from one of the largest theme park in Italy: Rainbow Magicland. The station, which is about one kilometer away and is accessible by shuttle service which stop near the cottage, allows a continuous connection on the direct Rome-Naples, allowing an hour to reach Rome (Rome is about 70 kilometers away). A little more than a mile there is the highway that allows you to quickly move to the north and south. In just one hour you can reach the seaside and always in an hour you can reach the mountains of the Apennines, where you can ski and hike in the woods.
