Description of our house

Located near the Vatican, the apt. is composed of 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 1-living room, a kitchen and a small private garden area. The living room has a sofa that can fold out into a queen-sized bed in case of 3 or 4 people staying. A set of glass doors lead out onto the small patio/garden area.The kitchen, next to the living room, is fully equiped and also has a door leading directly out onto the patio. The bathroom (with shower, no tub) is in the main hallway next to the bedroom and it's newly renovated as well. The apartment, which has air-conditioning, is near a busy street, but set back far enough in the back part of the building that you don't get any traffic noise in the bedrooms. You can hear the traffic a bit while you're on the patio, but not enough to be bothersome.

The location is central enough so that it's easy to get around the city by bus or metro or even on foot. You'll find plenty of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and coffee bars in the immediate neighbourhood. Something about ourselves

We are a married couple in our sixties, now retired. We like to visit foreign countries and meet other people. So we think that exchanging houses could be a perfect way to do it. We prefer to travel in spring and in autumn and spend summertime at the seaside generally in Greece.
