The villa has three floors.
On the first floor: entrance, big kitchen with all facilities, dining room for 6+ living room (with TV, fireplace, view on the valley), double bedroom and bathroom with hot tub.
On the second floor: open space/living room, two double bedrooms (sunflower room and poppies room), bathroom with hot tub.
In the semi-basement there are laundry facilities and a ping-pong table.
Outside: a nice pinewood with hammocks, big terraced garden in front of the house, 2nd large terrace with view on the valley. Tables and chairs for your dining outside, stretchers for sunbathing!
Lots of parking place.

The house lies on one hectare land, with olive trees, fruits of all kinds, and even palm trees just in front of the house. The villa is located between the hills, in a quiet and green area. The views are just stunning: dining on the big terrace with view on the valley at sunset is a must!
Ideally located as touring base to Rome (easy to reach in 1 hour driving to the center), Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Farfa, Viterbo.... there is a lot to see in the neighborhood! This property is a second home and it is shared by 3 family groups: myself (Cristina), my sister Sara and our father Sergio! Some info about us:
1) Cristina (from Italy)and Luc (from The Netherlands)! We live in The Netherlands. We are both professionals: Luc is working for a bank and I work as a therapist. We have two cute daughters of 12 and 13! We are a nice and respectful family. We all just love traveling, and whenever our kids are free at school, we pack our bags and we go!!! We are experienced exchangers!
2) Sara (Italian actress) and Meinrad (German musician)! They live in Berlin and Amsterdam!
3) Sergio, retired but very lively, ex director of an airline company! Lives in Rome.
