Stunning house perched overlooking the most amazing sea views. Idylic setting and away from the beaten track but yet only 10 minutes drive to the beach and historical town of SPERLONGA...please see our website http://www.sperlonga.co.uk The house is set in large gardens with a large secluded swimming pool. There are arched terraces all the way round the house and it is easily accessible for wheelchairs as it is all on one level. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large pool table and fire place. We have a huge DVD/video collection and enough books to suit everyones tastes. There are plenty of toys, train sets etc for the kids to play with. There is also a play station and another kids TV game. We have a large telescope and on the roof terrace there is a giant chess board...although we have yet to play up there! The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances. The house can easily accommodate 10/11 people. We have a cot, high chair and car seats for various ages. There is one bike but we are considering getting a few more. Everyone who has ever visited this house are blown away by the views and the calm 'get away from it all' setting. This is our second home and therefore the exchange doesn't need to be simultaneous. The house has recently undergone quite a transformation as we have had the builders in for the past 3 months. Our italian home is set in the hills over-looking the italian coast with amazing views. We do have neighbours but just a sprinkling around the surrounding area so you feel close enough to call upon someone if needed but completely distant from the hustle and bustle of normal life. The summers can be hot and therefore it is so refreshing to be able to drive up the hill on an evening and feel the temperature melt away. We adore this place and hope you will too. We are a family of 5 and sometimes 7 as my husband has two super boys (12 and 9) from his previous marrriage. We love family life but then second on our list has to be travelling. My name is Susan and I have worked for British Airways for 14 years as Cabin Crew. My husband is a director in an insurance company. He works in London. We will sometimes be travelling with all, some or even none of the children. One of our passions is skiing and we have recently returned from a very successful house swop with a great family in Vail. We would love to return. We are kicking ourselves for not having started doing home exchanges years ago.
