Enchanting medieval Italian village. An original traditional Italian casa. We have recently renovated from top to toe. It is tastefully decorated with all mod cons. An original Stone house, very sunny, 3 levels, 4 balconies, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new renovation, small sunny garden, barbecue. We have central heating and an open fire, so cosy and warm in winter. Ideal for a ski holiday as we are only 30 mins from Roccarasso ski resort.

![]() Our neighborhood
Located in Introdacqua, a beautiful medieval village, 10 minutes from the ancient city of Sulmona. Sulmona is a very vibrant city, (Some parts older than Rome) with plenty of restaurants in and around the area. There are large markets on Wed and Saturdays. The area has beautiful walks and awesome views. Many local day trips.Introdacqua is 2 hours easy drive from Rome's airports, and 40 mins from Pescara airport. Pescara airport offers flight connections to Munich, Frankfurt, Paris, Bruxelles, London, Nice, Barcelona. There are plenty of ski resorts in our area, plus many interesting day trips, as we are located close to several National parks. We are very fortunate here. Introdacqua means 'in the water' as the water here is spring fed, crystal clear. Something about ourselves
We are originally from Christchurch, in the South Island of New Zealand. Now living permenently in Italy. My interests lie in fibre/textile art, quilt-making, mixed media art and writing. I have a studio on the ground floor, where I teach classes and a small art gallery. Bruce is a builder/musician, plays keyboard and sings in a band. July 2010 we would like a swap in Paris for a couple of weeks from the 12th July. In July 2011 we would like to exchange in Vienna. ![]()
