Description of our house
Our home is a warm country house. It has 250 sqm and is clean and comfortable. Main ground floor has a huge living room with a separate T/V corner.
A well equipped kitchen with day dining table and dining room. Back entrance room contains washing machine and freezer. No need for dryer here!!
At the upper level, a master suite with a double king-size bed, two smaller bedrooms and an equipped office with all communication tools (fast internet conn.) Down, in a semi basement we have a separate small apartment that is momentarily used for indoor fitness activity with all needed tools. We have a nice green garden with BBQ stove allowing outdoor activity. One of our cars,a 2006 5 seats Ford Mondeo is available for a possible swap.

Our neighborhoodWe are located in the center of Israel. Car is recommended. 30 minutes car drive to Tel-Aviv, 45 to Jerusalem, 3 hours to the northern parts. 10 minutes will take you to a nearby harbor city Ashdod with its beaches, marina and all other facilities. Good train service and good access to main road system.
The area where we live is a pure countryside with a lots of green and free of urban rush.
You can get everything locally.

Something about ourselvesMy wife Efrat (57) and me Alex (59) are semi retired.
Efrat has a PhD degree in molecular biology and worked many years in R&D of drug development. I was a project manager in the food and cellular indestries. Our two daughters Noga (30) and Neta (25) left home but sometimes one of them will join us traveling.
We both like music, art, movies, theater, and good food.
My main hobby is sailing, I am a certified skipper. We have a 38' Jeanneau sailing yacht in Ashdod marina (10 minutes by car).Yacht (A/C) is available daily for marina on board activities. Sailing is welcomed but needs contact with my sailing partner.
We like very much traveling and meeting with other people. We haven't exchanged homes yet but we are looking forword to try it. We offer a wonderful way to see our interesting area using our comfortable home.
