Our Home is located In the heart of Israeli Provence, among olive trees and orchards, near ADA winter stream. It's a new home with a magical fishpond and a beautiful garden. 200 sqm built, a terrace overlooking the agricultural areas. When you open the door, you can see immediately the green that surrounds the house. On the right - super modern fully equipped kitchen with a large island for cooking and eating. Back room used as a study. Further to the right is the dining area with a view to the garden and the fishpond and an exit to a covered Pergola. There's a garden furniture and grill. Two additional steps and you are in the cosy living room with exit to the pergola.
On the second floor you can relax in an armchair and read. Big parental suite with seating corner, big windows and a balcony overlooking the olives vineyard and green fields. On the right, a big ensuite bathroom which is equipped with corner bath with a large window overlooking the view.
On this floor are two bedrooms with double beds and a well-equipped bathroom, including bath tube.
In the basement, a large bedroom with double bed and a separate big study.
I'm convinced that people who like plenty of space and landscape of fields, orchards and vineyards, will love our home. If you want to follow the sun, come to Israel. Our home is located 50 minutes from Tel-Aviv and 10 minutes from the ancient Roman city of Caesarea- a wonderful archeological site. Caesarea beaches are sandy and beautiful too. You can do snorkeling and scuba diving among the ruins. Close to us you can visit nice small cities with good restaurants and nice shops and cafes. 20 minutes north of us there are wonderful beaches composed of white sands and coarse sand, creating many lagoons.
The area is a paradise for people who like bicycles riding, horse riding, hiking, diving and swimming. Also there are many activities for children.
I'm sure you will like the activities, the serenity, the views and the sun which is always here for you. If you want to follow the sun, come to Israel. We are Zehava and Izhar (late 50), a married couple with 5 grown up children, 5 grandchildren And a nice dog (Rhodesian Ridgeback).
Izhar is an architect and I am a journalist and editor. We enjoy travelling when able to get away but most of all we love Fall and Spring. As we live in a hot sunny country we prefer "cool" destinations. We did one successful home exchange and we are ready to do another one, this time in Paris.
We'll love to come to Paris during September, between the 19th and the 25th of it (approx.)
