Description of our house
Our home is located in the Isle of Man, a very beautiful Island, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, where you are in the heart of the Islands capital Douglas, close by to the house are supermarket, petrol station, butcher, hairdresser, chemist, bank & post-office.
In Douglas there is great shopping, restaurants, cafes, winebars and reasonable pub lunches (country or in town), discoteques(3), late nite bars, if you want them.
You can make a trip around the Island with ease, visiting all attractions it has to offer, there is plenty of history attached to the Island, a tram (only one of its kind in uk) operating along the promenade in the Capital which takes you along the scenic route of the Island, from Laxey to Ramsey, covering the highest point the "Snafell Mountain".
There are lots of activites available from horse riding, quad biking, trips to the Bird Sanctury the "Calf of Mann" of which you can make a very interesting boating day. The Island has many great golf courses, national sports centre, lovely scenic walks giving opportunity to enhale the Islands dramtic coastlines and breathtaking beauty.

Our neighborhoodWe are located in Onchan, approx 10 mins walk to the main capital of the Island, Douglas, first you will see the beach and then you are in Douglas.
From here you can travel anywhere on the Island with ease.

Something about ourselvesWe are a retired couple who came to the Isle of Man from the UK, many years ago after falling in love with the place.
We like to visit different places and explore new lands and cultures.
We are very respectful of others homes, posessions and privacy and would extend the same attention, care, and respect as if it were our own.
