Description of our house
We have a modern four bedroom detached home. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there are two further double bedrooms and one single (there is also the option to sleep two on the sofa bed in the study). We have a lounge, dining room, study, family bathroom and modern kitchen with adjacent breakfast room.

Our neighborhoodWe live in a village some 14 miles from the capital Douglas along the T.T course. The village has a few amenities including a local pub, post office, chemist, small shop and petrol station. The village is on a bus route to other areas of the Island and the main parts can be reached within a thirty minute car journey. We are a 5 minute walk to a pebbled beach and a glen with a children's play area. Most facilities are in Douglas.

Something about ourselvesWe are a professional couple in our early 50's and have three children ages 21, 19 and 16 as of April 2008. This is our first home exchange and will consider all offers and look forward to trying something different.
