We offer a family home with a large garden complete with swing, slide, goalposts etc We have 6 bedrooms, a large kitchen and large sunroom. We have 2 family rooms and a large playroom . We have broadband and cable TV. We have completed very successful exchanges in 2007,2008 & 2010 to USA and 2009 to France.

The house is located on the outskirts of a country town (5 minutes walk to nearest shop, pub etc). We are opposite a local town park (50 acres of woodland walks, lake fishing, playground etc.) Our town is on the main rail line connecting Dublin with Cork/Limerick/Kerry. We are less than 90 minutes drive to Dublin, Cork, Galway, Kerry and within 1 hour of Limerick, kilkenny. Our house would be an ideal base for people who wish to tour in Ireland. There is a local golf club/Tennis club situated within 1 mile of our home. (There are 20 other golf clubs within 30 miles). There are several excellent restaurants within close driving distance. We are a professional couple with 4 children aged 20/19/17 & 11We have completed exchanges in Hawaii and San Francisco,New Jersey and France and they were a huge success on both sides of the exchanges. We are now convinced that this is the way for us to holiday from now on and would love a home in a warm climate for a period of 2-3 weeks in June July 2013
