Located just 20 minutes drive from Dublin International Airport and 45 mins from Dublin Port, our home is a newly built, 2 story house, located in a private housing development just 3 mins stroll from the Main Street of Dunshaughlin. A large supermarket, multiple banks, shops and favourite pubs are all 3-5mins walk from our front door.

It is located at the end of a leafy cul de sac and as such is always a quiet area. Our next door neighbor is an old country estate home with gardens that can be seen and admired from our kitchen.

We only let to non-smokers and our home is always pet free.

High pile carpet is a feature throughout out the home with the exception of the large kitchen/open plan dining area where it is extensively tiled instead.

We have power showers upstairs in both the main bathroom and the ensuite. Both bathrooms upstairs and the WC downstairs are tiled from floor to ceiling and to a high standard of finish.

There is 3 large HD TV's with satellite reception in the home. Two downstairs and one upstairs.
We also have DVD, Bluray and radio receivers in the home. Our wireless broadband is always on and offers a download speed of 7MB with NO download restrictions.

The alarm system is state of the art with 24/7 monitored burgular alarm and monitored heat and smoke alarms also.
