A comfortable modern family home, built in 1994, set in the countryside. We have recently completed a new modern kitchen/dining room/family room extension. Also our house has 5 bedrooms (2 en-suite), 2 bathrooms and a sitting room. There are plenty of games,both indoor and outdoor, for the children (and adults) to play, including a snooker/pool table. Our house is set on a 0.5 acre site adjacent to farm lands and close to nearby village and shops. The garden contains swings and slides for the children, and bicycles are available. Kerry Airport is only 10 minute drive, with Cork and Shannon airports 1.5 hrs away.

Rural neighbourhood in scenic Co.Kerry,Irelands premier Tourist County. Our house is within a short drive of numerous blue Flag beaches, lots of marked walking / biking trails, mountains, Killarney National Park, 15min drive from principal towns of Killarney and Tralee, 45min drive from Dingle and Kenmare Towns. All these Town have top class restaurants and entertainment. There are also lots of other picturesque smaller towns with plenty to do and see to suit all tastes. Our home is 1.5hrs from Limerick and Cork City, 4hrs from Dublin and Galway cities. Something about ourselves

We are a family of six. The four children, two girls and two boys are 13,11,9 and 5. We both work in local Government, Gerry is an Engineer and I(Liz) work as an Administrator. We have completed one (successful)home exchange in the past.
