Welcome to our home which is warm, cozy and very inviting! We built our house 5 years ago on a large plot of 1.5 acres and its approx 2,700 sqft. We have stunning views which you will enjoy whilst relaxing in the conservatory. Downstairs we have a large sitting room with solid fuel stove, large flat screen TV and views over the Burren, this leads to the playroom/computer room which houses every board game you can think of! The kitchen is open plan with all the mod cons and a dining area and leads to the conservatory which has access to the patio area where you will find garden table and chairs and an gas-fueled BBQ. There is also a double bedroom and en-suite downstairs (with walk in shower) as well as a large utility. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suites (1 with a bath) and a single bedroom. Our home is luxurious and comfortable. Outside, we have well kept gardens all around the house, a patio area and a large trampoline with safety net. There is ample room to play games, football and run around and explore.

Our home is located in the rural village of Killeen, ideal for walking/hiking an cycling fanatics as there are many trails and mountain/forest walks to explore. We live 6 miles from the small town of Gort where you will find many restaurants, cafés, pubs, local shops and supermarkets to suit all tastes. Just outside of the town is Coole Park and Nature Reserve which has wonderful forest walks, tea room, picnic area, Visitor Centre and lake views - It was also a source of inspiration for the famous poet W.B.Yeats and many other poets. Kilmacduagh is another local tourist attraction with its very own Leaning Tower! The nearest beach is approx 25 minutes away. Something about ourselves
