Our home is situated in a quiet and spacious estate in close proximity to the beautiful Galway city which is in the west of Ireland. The house is a modern 2500 sq. ft. detached home looking onto a lovely green area.

Our neighbourhood is quiet, safe and just 3 miles from Galway city centre. Galway is known as Ireland's Cultural Heart and is renowned for its vibrant lifestyle and numerous festivals, celebrations and events. There are a number of theatres and cinemas close by. There are also shopping centres and there are many restaurants to choose from to suit all budget requirements. To the west of the city is Connemara and the Aran Islands, both areas of great natural beauty. To the south you have the famous Burren and the Cliffs of Moher. With our new motorways you are only 2 and a half hours from Dublin and 1 and a half hours from Limerick. Something about ourselves

My wife and I have three children two girls and a boy ranging in ages from 8 to 14. We are both teachers. As a family we enjoy traveling and experiencing other cultures. This is our second exchange and we have been on holidays many times to France, Spain and England. The children are well behaved and will respect your property.
