Hello my name is Maedhbh and my husband and I are both IT professionals. For the exchange, I can offer a simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchange for a 7 bedroom villa in the Boka Kotorska of Montenegro, 7 minutes walk from the beach with spectacular views and scenery(as listed). Also on offer is a new 5 bedroom luxury house with a large garden and stunning views in Strandhill, County Sligo, Ireland. This is a holiday home that was recently completed so I have no pictures at present. The house has 5 bedrooms, a very spacious kitchen and sitting room and is a stroll from a truely spectacular beach that is world famous for surfing and has 2 surf schools and luxurious seaweed baths. There are also lovely hillwalking, ancient woodlands and other outdoor activities close by. A short drive can take you to more spectacular landscapes around Ireland or to any of the main cities in Ireland. On top of this, I can also offer a beautiful 5 bedroom house in Oranmore, Co Galway. Oranmore is a seaside town 15 minutes drive from Galway city. 5 minutes from the house there is a beatiful park, forest and shoreline walk and a sailing club.
