The house consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs with lounge and kitchen cum dining room downstairs. It is 12 years old with all modern facilities. There is a small garden with barbecue. Two bicycles are available.

The house is located in a housing estate 5 kilometers from the pretty, vibrant city centre of Galway. It is 3 Kilometers from the sea with beautiful walks and wonderful scenery. Galway is renowned for its culture from traditional Irish music in the many pubs to art galleries, literary events and street entertainment. It also boasts a number of fine restaurants and wine bars. The famous Mountains and lakes of Connemara are but an hour away and the unique landscape of the Burren is 30 mins away. Something about ourselves

I am a teacher and my husband Gerry has a renewable energy business. We do not have children but we welcome families with children to stay. We have completed three house swaps to France and found it to be a great success.
