Located at the end of a country lane it is surrounded by a large secluded garden with panoramic views of the countryside and yet our home is only a five minute walk to the beachs and Spiddal village (shops, restaurants, pubs).

We spend most of our time in our large kitchen and family room which has a log burning stove and views across Galway bay to the Burren. We have a cosy living room also with a wood burning stove. Both reception rooms have French doors leading onto a patio area (and satellite TV). Downstairs accommodation includes a study and a WC/utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Upstairs we have a galleried landing leading to four bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the guest bedroom has an en-suite with a roll-top bath. There is a third double bedroom and a twin bedroom (a cot is available). The main bathroom has a combined shower and bath. Our home has underfloor heating throughout and is warm and cosy.

Our home is very child friendly with a trampoline,and a climbing frame with swings and a slide and a sand pit and a range of ride-on toys for the garden. Safety feature include stairgates and a child friendly fire guard.
