Our home is a comfortable, clean and spacious four bedroom detached house. It is situated in a quiet cul-de sac of four houses and we are lucky to have lovely neighbours who are always willing to help and advise when needed. We offer two double bedrooms, one bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a single room. View of Sea from kitchen window. We have ample parking for two cars. A small garden to the front and back with garden furniture. House is not overlooked.

Situated in a picturesque suburban area of County Dublin five minutes walk from the village of Shankill and 10 miles from Dublin city centre. It is ideal as a touring base to Dublin city centre, DunLaoghaire, Dalkey(heritage town) and Bray, Co. Wicklow(the garden of Ireland). Local public transport is excellent-Bus stop 3 minutes walk, Train five minutes walk. Local amenities include Killiney beach, Shanganagh Park,Good local pub, restaurant and cafe. We are a professional married couple with two children- a boy aged 10 and a girl aged 8 years old. We love to travel and get to know new people and cultures.We have done two previous house swaps which were a great success and we look forward to many more in the future.
