Description of our house
Our house is a three bedroom dormer bungalow with a playroom and home office (with a double bed) as well as a large kitchen/dining room and sittingroom, and a large garden with a deck. We are located a five minute walk from the train which will bring you into Dublin city centre in about 35 minutes. In our village there are shops, pubs and a restaurant.
We are in a coastal location and there are lots of lovely places to walk and cycle nearby. Co. Wicklow and all of its beautiful beaches and mountains and countryside is just a 15 minute drive away. This is a perfect location for those who want to explore Dublin city but also like the outdoor life and want to roam the countryside.

Our neighborhoodShankill is located about 12 miles from Dublin city and just four miles from Dun Laoghaire town and two miles from Bray. It is a beautiful village with lots of amenities like walks, shops, pubs, and a restaurant. Nearby there are golf courses and tennis courts and parks. As it is on the DART (train line) everywhere is very easily accessible.

Something about ourselvesMy name is Ziene Mottiar and I am a third level lecturer, Se works in RTE the national television station and we have three daughters Yazmin who is 8, Zindzi who is 6 and Safiya who is 1. We have done 6 house exchanges before and love it as a way to holiday and experience new places. For next summer we would like to go to Conneticut or Cape Cod in the US as my sister now lives in New York.
