Moorfield Lodge offers a slightly different opportunity to you, in that it is a 5* Boutique B&B. Please also see 2nd option for a long term swap below. We would love to have you stay with us, in one of the 3 suites, depending on the "swap" for a few days whilst you explore the stunning landscape around us and enjoy daytrips to the Antrim Coast to see the Giant's Causeway, Bushmills, Carrick-a-rede and more. I will prepare gourmet breakfasts for you each day. Please see our website for more photos and more information. Moorfield Lodge Boutique B&B is an award winning, Borde Failte (the Irish Tourism Board) 5* approved, so there will only be good surprises when you arrive. I am Australian, and moved over to Ireland when I met and married Bobby, who is Irish and full of good craic. We will be in residence when you stay with us but you will have your own entry and privacy. The arrangements can only be made specifically for you and your needs at the time you make your inquiry. Well located in County Donegal, the very north of the Island or Ireland - close enough to visit Giant's Causeway, Dun Luce Castle and Bushmills on the Antrim Coast, as well as the Slieve League Mountains and beaches in the north west. We have some of the best beaches in our immediate area. We are only a few minutes from the large town of Letterkenny, and a mile or so from Ramelton Village with it's historic past, stone walls, and great Irish pubs and food. For golfers, we are surrounded by golf courses, and close enough to enjoy the world renowned Rosapenna Links Course. There is a riding school down the road, surfing school a few miles away, many hotels and fabulous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is best to look at our website to view more information. We are fun, friendly and warm people. Bobby is Irish, and I am South African born and Australian with an Irish passport!!! lol. My name is Lin, and I run the B&B whilst Bobby has his own business in town. We believe the type of guests/exchangers that would enjoy the experience the most would be most couples, seeing that we are offering a B&B exchange rather than a home exchange, and we will be here to take care of you.
