My beautiful Balinese house stands in lush tropical gardens tempered by sea breezes. Sanur is absolute paradise! The house is open and spacious with windows all around. The main house is separated from the guest house by a large free form pool. Upstairs is the master bedroom in an oasis of luxury and calm and its veranda overlooks the pool area. Downstairs there is an open, marble tiled living and dining area with cable TV and DVD and Stereo. A spacious study and kitchen open off this area. The 3rd bedroom opens off the veranda. The bedrooms are airconditioned. The guest house has a large bedroom with king size bed and a private outdoor bathroom. Around the house and gardens are many areas for relaxing outdoors. Fragrant Frangipani trees stand over the two large lily and fish ponds. There are separate staff quarters and the house comes with a gardener and maid.

Sanur has a village atmosphere and is an interesting mix of local Balinese, ex patriots and tourists. The beach boardwalk wanders along the coast with restaurants and shops dotted along the way. Swimming in Sanur is safe and the water is wonderfully warm. You can sit in a cafe on the beach, with your feet in the warm sand and watch the world go by or you can hire a glass-bottom boat or sailing boat and be taken out to look at the reef. There is a great array of restaurants in Sanur and all a short distance away from the house. Taxis are cheap and plentiful. There are water sports such as paragliding available on the beach.
