We offer a comfortable, clean one level beach home in sunny Cape Coral, Florida. The home is located on a waterway with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Sailboats and deepwater boats are popular. Enjoy your time on the patio with gorgeous views of the sunset. Our home has a large livingroom area that steps out on to the patio complete with a screened in-ground pool. The bedrooms are bright and inviting. Enjoy the up date kitchen with beautiful bamboo flooring and granite counter tops. You will have all the modern appliances at your disposal including a large Laundry/Pantry Room off the kitchen.
