Our luxury penthouse is the result of years in the searching and three years of renovation work. It's a gorgeous, shining fourth floor located into a 1950s Roman building designed by known Architect Busirivici and built by construction Engineer Mr. Santi. It features circa 400 sqm divided into three bedrooms, four bathrooms, two large walking closets, a kitchen, a living room with a gas fireplace, a double salon with fireplace; circa 200 sqm of terraces run all around the flat, seamlessly, providing a splendid view of the neighborhood and including an outer jetpool that sits four adults.
The whole flat sports a fast wireless internet connection (fiber optics), a multi room Sonos System controllable via its own pads or iphones/ipads, four main large flat TV displays two of which measuring 60 inches with included English pay-TV (Sky), a DVD collection (Action, Adventure, Drama, Toons, ... ), a professional alarm system with videocameras and much more.

We are a family of four, 2 adults and two small children, younger to older being Luna, Lorenzo, Simona & Fil. We travel with our nanny. This is a smoke free family. Our interests are travelling, music and loving life. Fil is an entrepreneur in the Renewable Energies business.
We believe in utmost, mutual respect at all levels. Our children are extremely well mannered and - while still being children - very moderate in behavior. Simo and Fil are in their 40s and grew up in good, loving families with the best, older Italian traditions.
