We would like to offer for exchange our comfortable, well maintained 2 bedroom bungalow set in lovely gardens.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room with toilet and hand basin, it overlooks the garden and has access to the secluded patio. The second bedroom has a small double bed. There is also a bright and airy family bathroom with bath and shower.
The living room has 2 settees (one of which converts to a bed)there is a flat screen 32 inch T.V with freeview box, DVD player and recorder plus a CD player. A second living room could be used for a children's bedroom and we have a cot/first bed available if wanted.
There is an office complete with PC, broadband access and printer and copier.
The kitchen is large and airy and well equipped with a large fridge and large separate freezer, a double gas oven and grill with a separate, 4 ring gas hob. There is also an automatic washing machine.
The bright dining room overlooks the garden and has double doors leading onto the patio. There is a circular Maple table that seats 4/5 and extends easily to seat 9.
The sheltered, enclosed patio overlooking the garden has a circular marble table and all weather chairs. There is a 2 burner gas barbecue. The garden is well maintained and provides interest all year round.

We live in Barnet, a small market town on the outskirts of London. It is surrounded on 3 sides by countryside, and yet Central London is only 40 minutes away. Barnet High Street, which is only 5 minutes walk has all the shops and amenities necessary. It has also got some lovely older style buildings. Within a short distance there are shopping malls at Brent Cross and London Colney.
Picturesque and historic Hampstead and Highgate are within easy reach by car or public transport. Nearby Hertforshire provides us with lovely country walks and pubs.Central London with all its numerous and varied attractions is 40 minute by underground train, these run every 5 minutes from the station at the top of the road.
