Our home was refurbished last year to give us a contemporary open plan living space with Miele appliances and large sliding windows into our beautiful garden.
There are 4 large double bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds. Our master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and balcony views of the park and the city centre.
The family bathroom has a large separate shower and a built in bathroom TV that you can watch from the bath!
There is a music room with electric and acoustic guitars and mixing decks. There is a full sized drum kit.
Our play room has an abundance of games and toys and there is a specially constructed tree house where the children can play down the bottom of the garden, next to the trampoline.
We also own a second home on the beautiful Northumberland coast that can be offered for some of the time should you wish to exchange with us. We are only a short drive away from the city centre with all that it has to offer with The Sage music centre, the contemporary Baltic gallery and museums such as the Discovery science Museum and the Great North natural history museum. With top of the range restaurants in abundance and the quayside's iconic bridges there is lots to see and do.
However our home is only 15 minutes drive from the countryside, with options for golf, horse riding, and virtually every type of activity. 20 minutes from the north east coast where you can surf or swim, or walk along the white sandy beaches.
Our second home is an hour's drive away and offers beautiful white sandy beaches in Northumberland - a coast which is designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty.
For those who wish to pop down to the Big Smoke, London is a 3 hour train journey or the capital of Scotland, Edinburgh is only 90 minutes away on the train.
There are some very good churches within walking distance for those who are interested.
The diversity and distance of so many treats on our doorstep has made Newcastle our first choice for living and it is a privilege to live here.
