We offer a clean and contemporary townhouse in the heart of Melbourne. The ground floor consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which leads on to a sunny and well-maintained courtyard with outdoor furniture. The two bedrooms on the first floor are neat and tidy with built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a private WC. The second bedroom is currently set up as a nursery but is a comfortable double bedroom for a couple or two children to share. As we have a new baby, a cot, change table and car seat are all available at your disposal (4WD car also optional).

Our home is located perfectly between Melbourne's city centre and the international airport (Tullamarine), allowing for quick access to and from the airport. Our home is located in a quiet residential area with direct public transport on Melbourne famous tram services to the Central Business District on our doorstep. We are Alison and Ramon, two young professionals who have recently had their first child. We are in our early 30s and love to travel, especially to Ramon's home country the Netherlands. Alison works as a pharmaceutical education specialist, while Ramon is an academic (in the social sciences) at one of Melbourne's leading universities. We are looking forward to sharing our home with international guests as this is a new adventure for us, and we are proud of our cosy home and our beautiful city!
