Description of our house

Ours is a second floor condo located four and a half miles from an upscale town center and the Gulf of Mexico. It is upgraded in every way, tiled throughout granite, and stainless steel appliances. It has never been rented or exchanged. The second bedroom is used as a study but it has a queen sized fold out couch. Ours is a gated community.

We are near main roads but on a preserve. Our condo has a club house, a pool, pool table, fitness room, racket ball room and tennis court. A car is needed. Something about ourselves

We are a retired couple. My husband loves gardening, classics, and teaches scripture. I am a retired teacher 0f the Deaf and volunteer. We love to travel. Especially to the U.K..
