Fully renovated 14 year old home. The house is in an estate of modern homes. It was originally a 3 bedroom house but previous owner changed two small bedrooms into one large one which now contains double bed lounge and walk in robe and en suite, also TV. Second bedroom has
2 single beds with bathroom and seperate toilet adjacent. There is a
formal sitting room/ dining room, also in the kitchen area a breakfast
area which seats six, I normally sit at kitchen bench which has three
bar stools for use.Actually I dont have an up-to-date picture of the
main bedroom where I am presently sleeping in on a single bed and
the second bedroom has the double bed in it but there is plenty of
space. I hope I have explained that o.k. (I am Irish so thats my

The estate is under 20 years developed and very central to
shops, post office, pub, banking etc. 5 mins. walk to Aldi
supermarket etc. Public transport 3 mins walk.
Use of 2004 yellow VW available if needed.
Underwood is on the south side of Brisbane approximately 15-20
minutes from the CBD depending on the traffic. I am less than
5 minutes to the freeway which takes one to either the Gold Coast
in 45 minutes down south or to the Sunshine Coast (Noosa etc)
going north takes approximately 2 hours (depending on the driver!)
A public swimming complex is just a 10 minute walk from the house
and there are quite a few golf courses in the area
My patio area is very private and this is a very quiet neighbourhood.
The airport is a 20 minute freeway drive from here.

I am a widow who likes to travel. Recently returned from
China and a cruise around New Zealand for Christmas and wish
to keep travelling as long as I can. I am really open to any
place in the world next year, Italy would be my first choice
