Notre appartement moderne,(90 m2) récemment refait, est en plein centre de Nice
dans un petit immeuble, sur une zone piétonne avec des voisins charmants.
situé au 3°étage (ascenseur) l'appartement est très clair, très calme et très confortable
Salon : très clair , climatisation, bibliothèque, Home Cinéma (écran de 3 m) des centaines de Dvd's.(NB : pas de TV ). Un canapé de 180 cm qui peut servir de lit de dépannage .
Cuisine : ouverte sur le salon, plaque à induction, etc...
1 Chambre : lit de 140 x 190 cm, climatisée
SDB : très grande et très claire avec 2 vasques et une douche spacieuse, WC : séparés de la SDB et avec bidet .
+ Une buanderie avec lave linge, sèche linge, repassage.
Possibilité d'utiliser notre parking privé, voiture (automatique clim, GPS), nos 2 vélos.

Our flat is modern,(90 SqMt ) recently renewed , in the very heart of Nice, just near every commodities. In a litte building, in a pedestrian area, with friendly neighbors.
It's very bright, quiet and comfortable. 3d floor with elevator
it has a wide and modern kitchen, opened on the living room, one bedroom ( 140 x 190 cm large bed), a very large and luminous bathroom with 2 sinks and a wide and modern shower (no tub).
A separate Wc + bidet, and a separate laundry room, with washing machine, dryer, ironing.
Fully air conditionned, and a Home cinéma installation (3m screen), with hundreds of Dvd's.(Sorry we haven't TV).

Et surtout vous serez à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la mer (Promenade des Anglais ) de la fameuse Place Masséna et du Vieux Nice,qui est le coeur touristique et animé de Nice.
