Our home is an older character house that has been completely updated. The original hard wood floors are present throughout. There are three bedrooms (two king size, one queen); kitchen with all appliances including washer and dryer; TV room with cable, PVR, 37" flat screen; living room, dining room, office with computer/ high speed internet; yoga room. Beautiful gardens with BBQ. Off street parking - lane access at back of property.

We are a semi retired couple with grown children and love to travel. We are physically active and have spent many years sailing. Paul has been a musician for forty year (see website PaulHann.com). Janet is a counseling psychologist.
