My husband, Joel, our daughter Rebecca and I live in Los Angeles in a lovely, 3-level, gated, contemporary town home that is walking distance to Beverly Hills and central to everything LA has to offer. Our home is full of art, books, light and color and is well-suited to young children. The ground floor has an open plan living/dining area with fireplace, baby grand piano, large flat-screen TV, and a garden/patio in the back. I love to cook so the eat-in kitchen is well stocked. There a powder room (1/2 bathroom) and laundry room off the main entrance. The second floor has the master bedroom which is huge (no way to get it all in a photo) and has its own bathroom with bath and shower, walk-in closet, extremely high, slanted ceiling, and balcony. The third floor (unfortunately, we do not have photos of this) has a full office that could be a 3rd bedroom and a separate, open den area with balcony that is currently set up as our daughter's bedroom/playroom. There is also another full bath. We have 2 luxury cars (a Lexus and the other a Highlander Hybrid SUV) that we could make available as well with parking below our town home. The complex we are in has a jacuzzi spa and is gated, safe, and very quiet. This is truly a beautiful, quiet, peaceful environment that has everything you could possibly need.

Situated in the perfect location to explore LA's beaches, vibrant culture and exquisite natural surroundings, we are literally central to everything! Our home is on LA's west side, adjacent to Beverly Hills, 20 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to mountains and hidden canyon trails! You can walk (which is rare in LA) from our home to restaurants, shopping of all sorts, movies, gorgeous parks, hiking and Fox Studios. It is a 10 minute drive to LA's hippest galleries, museums, the Getty Center, theatres, hiking, nightlife and so many places we would love to share with you. Something about ourselves

Joel and I are professionals and own our own business. He is a former prime time radio talk show host and I am a former producer of movies for TV. We now work together in a media and communications consulting company and lead seminars with entrepreneurs and corporations all over the world. We are often away for long periods at a time and Rebecca, who is an extremely well-behaved, well-traveled and precocious 4 1/2-year old, always comes with us. We love beauty, learning and exploring new places and people. My sister lives next door and we have a devoted housekeeper and an assistant who will take superb care of you when we are not here. And if you have young children, we know the very best playgrounds, nannies, schools and kid-friendly restaurants in the city! We have just completed three 5-week home exchanges and they were exquisite experiences on both sides that we are eager to try again.
