Has views out over village green and to village church.

Built on small new development in a rural village in late 2009. Plenty of walking trails nearby. Lovely villages with shops, restaurants and hotels can be found about 3 - 4 miles away. Woodhall Spa, famous for its golf courses and links to RAF, is close by. A regular bus service runs through the village to Lincoln, which is half an hour away, which has major shops, bars, restaurants and transport links to London and North to Yorkshire and beyond. Lincolnshire Wolds an area of outstanding natural beauty, is nearby. Peaceful location, good for walking, birdwatching, golfing. Lovely old church nearby, you can hear the chimes! Woodhall Spa is 4 miles away, with golf courses, open air swimming pool, parks and many great hotels, restaurants, quaint local shops, etc. The market towns of Horncastle (10 mins) and Louth (30 minutes) are a short drive away, the coast about 40 minutes away. Lincoln is half an hour away and famous for its Catheral and Castle, and other historical sites. Great shops, bars, restaurants. Something about ourselves

We are Val and Vic, now retired and in our 50s - 60s,ready to wind down a little and enjoy some travelling. We enjoy walking and visiting areas of interest, dining out, etc. We have children and grandchildren in Perth, Australia and some in Sydney and love to spend time visiting them, but with our own space! Having done two long hauls in the last 12 months though, we are having a bit of a rest from travelling to Australia for 2013, but we loved NZ and would like to return in the future. We've done a few home swaps now which were very successful and we're looking forward to more. We are open to travelling anywhere at anytime, within reason (not the US though), preferring our Australian/NZ swaps to be about a month long but also happy to do shorter swaps in the UK.
