We offer a charming, sunny and spacious apartment on the second floor of a 1930 4-storey building with balconies. The large living room is very confortable with a dining area, tv corner and a relax area with a nice balcony. I like it very much because it's spacious and has woodfloors and typical '30's ceiling decorations.
From the living room you can go through a large sliding door to the kitchen which is full equiped and is large enough for a family of 4 where you can have all your meals.
We have three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a single bed, and a bedroom/study with a sofa (converting in a double bed).
The main bathroom is equiped with double basins, a shower and a tube. The second bathroom is smaller with a shower.
This is very comfortable solution to stay in Milan with your family.
We would be also very interested in exchanging our apartment all year long for week ends or short stays(3 to 4 days) since it is nowadays very easy to find convenient fligts for the main European destinations.
For two travellers, simultaneous stays may be considered since we always have a free double room and a bathroom reserved for our guests. It is also much fun having guests and having the possiblity to chat one to one ! We offer a charming, sunny and spacious apartment on the second floor of a 1930 4-storey building with balconies. Our apartment is located in the university area - a very nice and secure area - a few steps from the underground (green line and red line).
In our neighbourhood, you will find a large shopping city area, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, an open-air swimming pools and city gardens. We are less than 1 mile from the central railwaystation and you can go right to the center of the city (Duomo) in 15 mn underground ride.
Beside the usual touristic attractions (Leonardo's Last Supper, Duomo, Brera museums, Sforzesco castle and.....fashion and design shopping.....), it is very easy to go the lakes Maggiore (Stresa), Como, up to Switzerland. Venice is also a one day trip as well as Lake Garda. Our apartment is located in the university area - a very nice and secure area - a few steps from the underground (green line and red line).

I'm French and I've been living in Milano in the last 20 years. I love the Italian way of life and food. Milano is a very lively city and I believe that staying in a guest apartment instead of an hotel will give you the great opportunity to really discover northen Italy. Our daughter Julie is 15 years old and she loves travelling as well. I'm French and I've been living in Milano in the last 20 years. I love the Italian way of life and food.
