Our villa is 6 years old, located on prestigious Kawana Island with 2 main bedrooms each with en-suite and both with Queen size beds. The living room is open plan incorporating the dining area which seats 6 people. Television 46" LED with DVD recorder and satelite TV. Kitchen with electric appliances is compact and a second small TV room leading to outdoor covered patio with BBQ facilities. Residents have access to a 30 metre heated swimming pool and community centre. Close to shopping centres and beach. Unfortunately we cannot provide accom. for children.

Our villa is in a gated community of 165 villas mostly over 50's, very quiet, tropical gardens maintained by a caretaker. We are central to all of the Sunshine Coast beaches and beach walking trails the closest being Mooloolaba.. Other attractions are the Hinterland for exploring the variety of environments in the Hinterland. Sunshine coast is famous for it's Surf Clubs/Bowls Clubs who provide excellent eating and entertainment. Brisbane is a car or train ride of about 70 minutes. We are 30 mins from the wonderful Australia Zoo, and only 20 mins from Sunshine Coast airport. Something about ourselves

I am Wayne and my wife is Yvonne,both in our 60's, both retired. Yvonne was a Personnel Assistant with a morning newspaper for 37 years and I was in Administration in radio for 30 years.
