- 4th floor with elevator - one bedroom, open kitchen to living room, bathroom with shower - double king bed and couch in living room (could sleep 2+2, preferred 2) - building has friendly caretaker (speaks Italian only) during the day (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM, Sat 8AM-11AM) - cleaner available - 1 old style bike (be careful, brakes do not work very well) and 1 fixie - fast fiber Internet connection - centralized heating and water supply - telephone - TV - many English DVD and books available.

- friendly area, nearby 'Cittŕ Studi' (main university area) with nice café and bars - safe area between Lambrate and Loreto - flat is 8 mins walk to Lambrate train/underground st, 2mins to tram stop - 4 small and medium supermarkets around the corner (less than 300m away) - Parco Lambro (great for running) 10 minutes walk away - easy connections to Milan Orio, Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa airports. 4 stops (20 minutes walking) from Milano Centrale train station Something about ourselves

- young professional couple, German (Anna Sophia, 31) and Italian (Renato, 36) - spending most of the time in Berlin - flexible availability of the flat in Milan - Renato (http://www.arsenio.it works mainly remotely as a software engineer, very flexible with dates - No smoking, sorry - we speak Italian, German, English, Dutch and a bit of Portuguese - Very happy after our first home swaps in Austria (Vienna) and in Denmark (Copenhagen) - No trips planned outside Europe for 2011. ![]()
