Our home is set beautifully amidst 4 acres of open meadows, and scattered Ponderosa pines with spectacular views in all directions of Jug Mountain, Brundage & Tamarack ski resorts and the surrounding valley and mountain range. The house was once a clubhouse for a driving range...check out the spike marks still seen in the wooden stairs! The house was moved about 8 years ago and was remodeled and expanded. Downstairs is an open kitchen and dining area, living room, laundry room, 1 bath with a shower/tub and 1 bedroom. A great deck off the living room has a grill, great views and the perfect place to watch the sunset. Upstairs is a small bedroom with a crib, and a master suite with a private upstairs deck, and large bathroom with a double headed shower! A garage is available for parking in the winter.

We are about 3 miles south of McCall just below Jug Mountain. Across the street is Lake Fork Creek (to which we have private access just down the road). Jug Mountain Ranch golf course is 5 minutes away, with 3 more courses within 15 minutes. Brundage & Tamarack ski resorts are within 15-20 minutes each. The Salmon & Payette Rivers offer great whitewater rafting, kayaking and fishing. The fishing, hiking, mountain biking and climbing are also great in the surrounding mountains, lakes and smaller rivers. My wife Katy and I are in our 30s and have a 1.5 yr old daughter Abigail. We own and operate an adventure travel company (rafting, hiking, climbing, fishing etc.) on the Salmon River in Idaho, check out voyageurs.com. When we aren't enjoying Idaho's mountains, we're often over in Halfway, Oregon in the Wallowa Mountains, enjoying our vacation home (also available for exchange). We've traveled for fun and to lead adventure trips to Africa, South and Central America, Australia and Europe. We are open to exchanges anywhere, particularly in Australia (Perth, Fremantle, Margaret River) and the U.S., (Northern California, Pacific Northwest). We have two labs who occassionally travel with us, but don't have to. Surprise us!
