It is a typical Parisian apartment with a huge living area. There is a large living room -55m2- and 35m2 dining room, on each side of the entrance gallery. A fully equipped kitchen -funny light green-for up to 6 people having meals together A parent suite bedroom, 4 teenagers' rooms, 3 bathrooms with 3 shower places and toilets, + 1 separate. Excellent location in Paris, in the famous "golden triangle".Walking distance to CHAMPS-ELYSEES (5 min), EIFFEL TOWER, ARC DE TRIOMPHE or TROCADERO. The neighbourhood Avenue des Ternes is full of easy to access small stores -5 min max by foot- , composed of international chains as well as typical parisian stores, restaurant, boutiques, bookstores! The subway station, taxis and Bus are bike rental (Velib) less than 5 minutes walk. You can be in Bois de BOULOGNE in 5 mn... We are Florence and Laurent, a married couple with one teenager -Emile 16- and two smaller children- Charles 12 & Alice 11). We are both professionals (lawyer and a company executive). Its the 1st time we try a home exchange and are very keen on this project. Our children bought into it and are also very excited.
