Description of our house

Our home is comfortable and calm. It has two bedroom one with a queen bed (suite) and the other with 3 single beds. It is 110 meters from the beach and has a wonderful beach service. It has a fantastic view full of coconut-tree. Down stairs the building you can find two game rooms with ping-pong table, snooker, pool table etc, an adult's pool and a baby's pool both heated, a garden and a party room with another big LED TV. It is located in Riviera de São Lourenço.

Riviera de São Lourenço is a private beach condo, with private security 24 hours a day, considered the best beach in São Paulo State. There is fine restaurants, 2 small shopping centers, one supermarket, one golf course Riviera Golf Club (just 5 min walk from our apartment) (see website here: http://www.rivieradesaolourenco.com one disco, special areas to do walking, running's and bike circuit, places to do horse ridding, Canadian canoeing ( 15 km away, outside the condo), Riviera Surf School, and the Historical Fort São João da Bertioga (12 km away), the first and oldest Portuguese fort in Brazilian coast, which is a small historical museum today. The beach is fantastic and very large. We have a new golf club that can be reached with a 5 min walk. It is also very safe with a private security system for the condo. It is 130 km from São Paulo. There you can surf and do a lot of other sports. About 20 minutes by car you can find other beautiful beaches. In Riviera you can ride jet ski and rent a boat nearby. Riviera is a condo with a very good security structure, inside there is a shopping and very good restaurants. You will only need a car if you want to go to other beaches because in Riviera you can go everywhere walking. If you like history, you can also visit the historical Forte São João, in Bertioga. I am divorced and work as a official prosecutor of São Paulo State. I have a son, Victor (24) who studies law at University of São Paulo (USP) and a daughter, Ana Isabel (17) who plays the guitar and ride horses. I live with her and we love sports, specially skiing and horseback riding. I love sailing too. Our first home is a house in the best neighborhood of São Paulo and we use our apartment in Riviera only for weekend and leisure time. Riviera de São Lourenço is perfect for all ages and I have my second home there since Victor was a child. I can also offer you my house in São Paulo if you want to stay some days in the biggest city of South America, where you can discover beautiful museums, parks, fine restaurants, theaters, good shopping, do business and go out in one very active nightlife.
